My experience in Hospitality and how I can help you and your business...

For as long as I can remember I have had some association to the world of hospitality, working in and around the family-owned restaurants from a young age.

Having worked in multiple businesses I have also seen it all... poor customer service, process waste, stock waste, time waste, store mismanagement, missing stock, short tills, short staff on shift, long night of stock count...the list goes on.

Fortunately though, while holding different positions over the course of a 15-year career in hospitality, including Management, waiter, bartender, back-of-house and even helping with the back-office, administration side of the business, I have a plethora of experience to draw on, including many lessons learned spanning two continents. 


Aside from hospitality I have also spent 9 years in the private sector working as a Management Consultant to deliver complex IT projects, meet tight client deadlines and train and mentor other Consultants too. 

So why tell you all of this?

Certainly not to impress you, but until we meet this is a short synopsis and showcase of all I have been exposed to during my time here in Earth.

What this means for you, though, is a "solutions way of thinking" derived from years understanding route causes, identifying pain points and then putting together a plan and solution that ACTUALLY WORKS.

The ultimate goal is to make sure systems, processes and procedures work better, to ultimately DRIVE DOWN COSTS and INCREASE TOTAL NET PROFITS.
